looking for a cheap vender for windows 7 keys that wont steal my credit card info.

Buy from eBay and pay with PayPal.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Microsoft sells them, so do most computer shops, Newegg, etc etc...

That would be false. Win7 sales stopped several years ago. Microsoft and retailers only sell Win10, have done so ever since MS stopped producing Win7 keys (and Win8 too). Only way to get Win7 is to find old retail/OEM packs. As Win7 was before digital era so they are only sold with install media. If you are buying from reliable source.

i ended up getting a G2A key and borrowing an install media disk, its a shame i have to go to these lengths but since this is a control cumputer for a CNC machine i need windows 7 or XP

We can only offer legal means to obtain OS keys.
