AX-370 bios question

I have an AX-370 Gaming K5 motherboard that has the original bios on it. I was new to building at the time and forgot to update the bios after i booted it for the first time and now i'm trying to go about updating it. After going to gigabytes web site and going to the bios (https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/GA-AX370-Gaming-rev-1x/support#support-dl-driver this is the bios screen from gigabyte) i find a few red flags on previous updates that have me concerned. My question is, is it alright for me to update my bios to F50a? I'm trying my hardest not to brick my motherboard. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to flash to F31 before going further newer. Also make sure the chipset driver is updated first if you have an OS install already

But I would like to know if the normal Gaming bios bricks the K5 mobo or not.
