Minecraft needs a good PC, which you don't have, and there's the answer why it's crashing.

I don't always have time to study, but when I do, I don't.

what do you mean by crash blue screen?

your pc is old and its not ideal for Mc but it should run on lowest settings.

if your on xp that probably the issue. if your running vista you don't have enough ram for the os and notepad

Sorry dude, but your PC is not the best.  Is it when you start the launcher or the actually game.  Because if its the game Minecraft relies on the CPU for rendering (I think) and needs fast memory to render.  So I would quite frankly try run system restore and restore your computer back to when it worked.  And I would then start saving up for a new computer, Because its quite possible it just crashed because your system is too slow.

Are you running the launcher that gets updates automatically?  if so try using an older vertion of MC

Try reinstalling Mine-craft.  BUT REMEMBER TO BACKUP YOUR SAVES
