Bump the cpu up to a 3600 or so.

If you're doing this strictly for scores, take a step back and consider not doing that.

Its not strictly for score, I'm not sure how to describe whats happening that well but for context I game with a dual monitor setup, 1 for the game and 1 for anything else and regardless of if I have anything in the secondary monitor I will get what SEEMS like lag but my FPS stays around 90 and MS around 30 so i'm not sure whats causing it. Figure a upgrade could resolve it?

make sure the game is fullscreen, not windowed/borderless window.
