Hey guys, I have a MSI 1050ti 4GB gaming oc card and I have it running at 1950Mhz and 4100Mhz memory.

The dilemma I have is when I raised the voltage slider on Afterburner to the max, it didn't allow me to raise the core clock any higher than before despite never going over 55c under full load.

I'm not exactly expecting to get a solution but rather an explanation as to why they won't go higher if voltage and temps aren't the issue since I don't know too much about overclocking

unless you have an extra powerconnector, then the 1050ti is powerlimited by the PCIe slot. which is the real limitation when overclocking the 1050ti

He means in addition to that.

Yeah I figured that out just now. Apparently only 30w ish gets pulled from the motherboard instead of 75w so I can only use around 100w total instead of the 150w I figured I had. So I guess that's the limiting factor here.
