best quiet airflow fans?

i'm planning on buying the Corsair 200R soon, and i'm wondering what are the best airflow fans out there?

 

I'm currently stuck with these noisy Casecom 120mm/140mm case fans, and i want a fan that offers good airflow but also stays quiet.

Noctua, but I use corsair af120's with mine and it's still quiet.

what volts are the AF120's running on?

what volts are the AF120's running on?

 

i run mine on motherboard header, but a guess would be 6-8volts.

using the LNA included with the fan is an alternative.

I am not sure, I just use the default motherboard header, but they never run full speed and temps stay below 60 degrees.

Noctua NF-S12A FLX is quite pricey but it's Noctua, it's for airflow and it's very quiet (although for me personally, they are quite ugly), be quiet! Silent Wings fans are great too, also take a look at Corsair AF120 or AF140 fans (I use these for my personal rig and they are pretty quiet, particularly the Quiet Edition)

i'm moving all my direct current AF/SP to the PWM versions. i have found they will

idle at a lower RPM through motherboard control without using the LNA harnesses.

i have to over-ride the mobo default (600rpm) on fan speed warring to 400rpm.
