gpu keeps crashing ?

so i was just playing my game and my monitor keeps losing signal and the screen flickerd like 7 times and popped up these 2 messages anyone know why ? and yes my video drivers are up to date

I would boot into Safe Mode and run DDU to clean out the drivers, then install the newest one directly from Nvidia(not from GeForce Experience, direct download) or AMD.
