Nvidia Control panel/Windows MS store

Just recently ran into an issue after refreshing my Windows install after SSD failure, Completed all my driver installs and got the Latest drivers for my 2080 from nvidia directly to find no control panel has been installed and a Prompt trying to force me to use MS store? anyone know how I can get Control panel back without using MS store?

Why do you insist on not letting Windows install it from the Store? That's apparently the official distribution-method now, so if you don't want it from there, you're going to have to use some old drivers.

Just old Habbits, I don't see why we should be forced to use something we don't really need to use. Control panel should be standard with the install as it always has done

After some further digging I did find info on why. https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4777/~/nvidia-dch%2Fstandard-display-drivers-for-windows-10-faq

 

and if you just delete the DCH from the weblink before hitting download you'll get the standard drivers so my issue is resolved XD. Haven't reinstalled windows in so long this was driving me nuts
