Some more details might help. What games are you having this issue in? What are the specs of your computer? Is this the first time you've played games on this computer, or has it run these games fine before?

I mostly speak from my own past experience from similar problems. My solution may not work for you, but I'll always try my best to help as much as I can. If you want me to see your reply, make sure to quote my comment or mention me @WaggishOhio383, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Heya,

I’m having this issue with all games but Fortnite. I’ve gamed on this computer for the last 6 months. It was perfectly fine before last week. My specs are:

Geforce RTX 2070

Intel Core i7-9700

16gb RAM

Hmm. Maybe your graphics card drivers are bad? Check and see if there are any updates for them. Also, have you been messing with any BIOS or overclocking settings recently? Those are the two things I can think of that could be causing it. Otherwise, I don't know why this would suddenly happen. Issues like this are often caused by using the wrong BIOS settings, but if you haven't changed them recently, and it was working fine before, then I don't think that's the issue. I'll let you know if I can think of anything else that could be causing it. For now, check for driver updates for your GPU, and let me know if you've been messing with any BIOS settings.

I just updated my drivers today. Didn’t work :( I haven’t messed with BIOS or other settings. I’ve used about half of my storage but I don’t think that would cause the issue? Super frustrating either way. Thanks for your help :)
