Hello,

 

a friend of mine has the problem when she starts his laptop then (after the boot screen) it instantly goes into "Welcome..." and after a few seconds the message "The password is wrong" appears. When I enter the password also this message appears.

I don't know the Windows Version in general (only that is Windows 8). The laptop is a Lenovo G50.

 

Can anyone help?

Sounds like someone changed the password.

This can be bypassed/reset, but need special software
