deleting a corrupted folder

hello. i have a corrupted folder on my computer that i cannot delete. does anyone have any ideas on how i can delete it. i really don't want to have to reset my computer just to get rid of a one corrupt folder. i have attached some images that will hopefully help. thanks for your time.

try "rmdir Required" from the command line if you haven't already. If it says access is denied, launch command line as admin.

perhaps RD /S "C:\Program Files\Adobe" or RD /S "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020"

and yes run as admin too just to be sure.  If all else fails within Windows, you may be able to delete it using a live USB of Linux.
