You could save a bit if you bump that down to a 3600/3600X since you are just doing gaming.

I have a 3600X myself and I do fine on 1080p ultra settings and can still stream with decent quality.

If you have a budget, then Radeon 5600XT would be the way to go, as there's only a 30% increase with the RTX 2060.

 

That said, if you want the 2060, go for it!
