PC underperforming

just wanted to see if anyone knows why my pc is underperforming rly bad, im getting under 60fps on all low on rainbow six siege and i used to get way better before and on other games my frames have just gotten a lot worse

Firstly make sure everything is up to date. GPU, Bios, Drivers, and Windows. Did every game that is under performing now run fine before and this is a new development or has it performed poorly since you got the computer and you want to know why?

every game used to perform better before but recently i have been getting bad frames lately and you can see it the most in rainbow if you look at a benchmark my specs are supposed to average over 100fps consistantly and i really wanna know why, i have checked my gpu and its not overheating and i have rebooted windows numerous times
