NEW CPU RGB FAN

I am trying to  find a cheap cpu fan i can replace for my current one. The rgb support on my motherboard is for 4 pin 2 volt connection. i have found one cheap cooler for about 20 bucks but this connector is 3 pin 5 volt connection so do they make an adapter i can use for this. also i plan on using rbg led strips also but i want to be able to use everything with mystic light

Also I should have added I plan on getting four RGB light strips that I want to work with mystic light so I know I probably will have to buy an adapter I just want to make sure it'll support it? Also is there any way to figure out if this Thermaltake CPU fan will be supported by mystic light?
