Or could anyone recommend me a Mini ITX build AMD or intel?

do you have a budget?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

I have about 400 dollars. I am in the United States.

make sure you quote us so we can see your responses

it's pretty difficult to make a parts list in that budget, especially including the parts you mentioned above.

I'd recommend this instead to start off

Would the Athlon200GE not perform well while video editing?  It is a dual core processor. If this helps at all I have RAM and Storage.

something like this i suppose.

would improve a lot to get a increased budget of about 30-40$

PSU here allows for a GPU to be added.
