Pc not booting from usb

I have windows 10 media installer on my flash drive and its not booting from it on my pc. I have tried it on a different pc and it works perfectly and it asks me how I want to install windows. But on my pc it just exits the bios screen and keeps me on a black screen. Any suggestions?

 

Also. My pc is not booting from my m.2 drive thats why im trying from usb

Have you altered your boot order at all?
