Someone please help, so I bought 16gb 3600 MHz ram (2x8gb) and it’s all working however my memory sped is 2400 MHz my other 2 sticks are 2x4gb crucial at 2400 MHz is my new ram actually running on 2400 aswell or would it be 3600 when I check on task manager it says 2400mhz

RAM will run at the lowest common denominator for both speed and timings.

If you want to run at the higher speed pull out the slow sticks and make sure XMP is turned on. Then hope it works.
