low usage on gpu GPU Usage LOW help!

I have the same problem, no cpu bottleneck. My temps are fine and I did all the things people have wrote in the thread my gpu usage stays around 50-60% and maxes out sometimes at like mid 60s. I ran a benchmark with heaven and my gpu went to 100% so I was very confused. Can anyone help me thanks!

GPU: gtx 1660 super Asus Tuf 6gb OC

CPU: i5-9400f (no overclock)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15

MOBO: Asus Prime Z370-P II GA1151 (Intel 9th Gen)

In what applications does your usage max out in the mid 60s?

Turn off VSync in games, if you haven't already.

In all games this happens and Vsync is off in nividia control panel

cpu usage is at 70 percent and gpu is 65 with about 130fps on lowest settings

Apex is capped at 144hz, maybe that's why you don't get much higher FPS or GPU utilization.

If FPS stay the same when you increase the graphic settings then there is nothing wrong with your GPU imo.

Which resolution do you use? Sokething lower than 1080p?

I have a 240hz montior soo. And also with games like csgo I had the same cpu but a way worse gpu (gtx 1050ti) and I still get worse fps with newer gpu and lower usage so I'm not sure. Yes, 1080p

Try uncap Apex FPS and see if anything improve.
