Stuck on black screen AFTER boot

My display is fine, I can open task manager with control alt delete and I can start a new program. I just can’t access the home screen or taskbar.

I logged into my account and... black screen. I tried restarting, still the same. The cursor moves, but alt f4 and alt tab do nothing. I have no idea what to do next, any pointers would be appreciated. I’m on Windows 10 64 bit.

Oh and also when I press the power button it goes into sleep.
