Loud Humming

Hello.

 

I have a pretty new PC and sometimes (happened 4 times in a couple months) a loud humming starts from the inside. I'm not sure but it doesn't seem like coming from the CPU Fan which I can still hear spinning and producing the same noise as always, so I'm really puzzled on what it might be. The only way to make it stop is by turning the PC OFF and ON again; also I can continue using the PC just fine when I hear that hum, so nothing actually crashes.

 

I'm attaching a recording of the hum made with my phone but volume is ridiculously low, so I don't know how much of help it can be.

Could it be that the cpu fan speed ramps up? Higher speed = more noise

Nope.

Check if the screws are tight. Might be the cpu cooler vibrating.
