Hi, I've been looking to upgrade and get a full real GPU and move off of my Ryzen 3 2200G's Integrated graphics. People have told me to get a Radeon Rx 470 but those are hard to find, so I've been wondering if a Rx 560/570  would be a better option. I have a 450W psu, would this be enough or should i get a higher wattage?

560 no, 570 yes.

450W will be fine, but it depends on what unit it is

You'll be safe going with a 470 or 570

Make sure you don’t get a 560, that card is pretty bad performance wise. 570 or 580 should be pretty cheap depending on your market. I sold a 580 for $100 a week ago
