RTX 2060 Underperforming

Hi all,

 

Got a ASUS Rog Strix 2060 and I feel like it is underperforming. I’m getting around 60fps in GTA V at max settings and in Steep around 80 on Ultra (all at 1080). 
 

my specs are:

 

Ryzen 7 2700x

16gb Corsair DDR4

H100i Platinum

Aorus Pro B450.

 

Any hep or advice would be appreciated.

Im maybe not for much help cause i dont know what i did but i have a geforce 2070 underperforming aswell.
It's still ok now but much worse before, to fix i used Nvidia Controls and found a section for my 2070. Maybe try searching for it or find yourself.

GTA isn't known for its multithreading and FULL GPU usages...
Steep seems to get swingy in FPS as well... big fluctuations.
