Amazing list should last you a long time although, I would try for a better gpu as that processor would love a higher powered gpu such as a 1080ti or a 2070 super or even just a flat 2080 or 2080ti just my suggestion though.

Yeah - I would agree - budget would not...:)  That is always something that is easy to change out though in the future.

That's a very expensive 2060 super, it's in 2070 territory price wise.

You can get a less expensive power supply (which is also coincidentally better) and the cheaper version of the case (without the useless smart device) and save money on storage as well (the Evo series is generally overpriced) and you can afford a 2070 super.
