So this is my first time ever building a machine from bottom up. I am looking for some help here. I don't want to spend a ton. I was looking to spend around $1,000. Less would be better. I am looking at doing video and photo editing as well as gaming on this machine.

Here is my current build:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K - $309

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX760 - $249

Motherboard: MSI H87-G43 LGA 1150 - $99

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 32GB - $299

Case: Corsair Obsidian Series 750D - $159

PSU: XFX PRO750W - $95

~ $1210

I would like some 4TB HDDs and a SSD in here as well. I would also like to water cool this  machine. But as you can see I have run over my budget already and I just don't know where to go from here.

Any suggestions on knocking down the price and being able to include what I want to do?

Any suggestions on what water cooling systems are good, what I should use?

I do have amazon prime

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

z87 with K processor is a must. 16gb of ram should be enough.

You could drop the 4770K down to a 4670K. It's not as good for video editing, but will still do alright. You could make do with 16GB of RAM, get a cheaper case and a cheaper, smaller PSU

This is exactly what you need to do. Also could drop the GPU a little

CPU: i7-4770k CPU Cooler: NH-D14 RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8gb GPU: EVGA Superclocked 780 ti MOBO: ASUS Maximus VI Gene PSU: Corsair RM 850 Case: Bitfenix Prodigy M

Liquid cooling, even AIO is not really an option at your budget.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
