Windows Crashes Regularly

So I have been having an on and off issue with my newly built PC. First the specs

 

Ryzen 5 3600 with an all in one cooler, kept at very low temps in a low dust environment

G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB Kit DDR4 2400MHz RAM

Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 8GB GDDR6 Graphics Card

MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI AM4 DDR4 ATX Motherboard

 

Windows is Win 10 Home, Ver 1903

 

The crashes specifically occur when launching most games whilst having an other program running. Mostly this is Chrome with games such as Counterstrike

Advices in your cases will be the same like in other users cases. Lot of the same questions and answers on this forum, easy to find. Mostly it's "check your ram", "check drivers" etc.
