I have a Dell Keyboard and when try to move the keyboard it unplugs the dell keyboard, and when try to rotate up the keyboard it plugs the dell keyboard, and when try to rotate down the keyboard it unplugs the dell keyboard. Any ideas where can fix without screwdriver and buying a new keyboard?

No idea, since it sounds like a wire on the inside of the board is broken and causing disconnects when the board is in a certain orientation.
