Unless you've configured any particular Layer 3 rules NAT Loopback would be a Router issue.

 

Have you tried putting the old switch back and verifying that Loopback works again?

As above the NAT loopback piece happens at the router, if everything is in the same VLAN then your switch will just forward frames at layer 2.

 

Have you tried rolling extra VLANs/Subnets and now you're having that problem?

No I've kept the settings pretty much default.

 I haven't, I'll do that as soon as I get home. I'm just not sure what else it would be because that's really the only network change I've made. Modem/router stayed the same, it was just moved to a different coaxial port.

Do you absolutely need NAT loopback in the first place?  Its generally not recommended as its effectively a hack and any traffic going through loopback is taking CPU time on the router away from actual Internet routing.

 

If you can, its recommended to add a local DNS override instead so you bypass the router entirely for LAN to LAN traffic.

Thank you, that would probably be better, as I need only to access a domain pointing towards my public ip. How would I go about doing that?

It depends, some routers let you do it in there whereas others may not, in which case you'd need to do it in Windows itself.

 

The catch is if you need it from a phone/tablet, as I'm not aware of any way to do it on those so you'd need router support (or run something like a Pi-Hole to take DNS responsibility away from the router entirely).
