Using AMD's boot kit to update my bios on my MSI B450 Tomahawk. When I turned it on, I get no boot and all four of my debugging lights stay on. Does this mean my motherboard is dead? I wouldn't think it would be because the debugging lights turn on. But I also see no reason why it isn't booting to bios.

Which CPU did AMD send? The old A-series APUs often go out of support once you update to the latest versions on many boards, meaning you need to swap CPUs to see a POST afterwards.
Also, the Tomahawk should have a BIOS flash button on the board iirc and not need a boot kit.
