Hi,

My goal is to have a multifunctional tv-pc where I would:

- play steam games (in-home stream) from my desktop pc

- media center (plex)

- future: play VR maybe?

- occasional CAD from the comfort of my couch without the "burning" laptop on my legs

- ...

So a small form-factor case would be preffered as it would have to stand in sight, I was thinking in the range of Ncase M1 (from the video "The BEST Tiny CASES on the Market!" video Linus put on 3 years ago) or a Fractal Node case...

But the kicker is that I want to salvage my old graphics card as I still believe it is descent enough in these times,

an Radeon R9 380 OC edition (https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/asus-strix-r9-380-directcu-ii-oc-4-gb.b3439).

Budget is max 500$-750$ with the most budget to motherboard and cpu.

I have technical hands and insight, so building wont be the problem.

But the tech savvy computer specs deal is somewhat unknown territory for me for optimizing parts(as the market is overwhelming).

Thanks in advance!
