Use Afterburner to drop both GPU- and VRAM-clocks down a couple of hundred MHz and try again. If the problem goes away, reset the GPU-clocks to default but keep the VRAM-clocks down and try again.

Atm my core clock is 1360 and my memory clock is 2000

Is your card still under warranty? If so, RMA it. It's supposed to work fine under default clocks and if it doesn't, it falls under warranty and the manufacturer needs to replace it with a working one.
