Thread stuck in device driver

PC would be running  fine until I start playing a game or running heaven benchmark. Then I get a blue screen that read thread stuck in device driver and the pc reboots but then I have these weird lines on the screen

I have a asus strix rx 580 8gb and I'm not running any overclocking

Use Afterburner to drop both GPU- and VRAM-clocks down a couple of hundred MHz and try again. If the problem goes away, reset the GPU-clocks to default but keep the VRAM-clocks down and try again.

Atm my core clock is 1360 and my memory clock is 2000

no i know i did and it worked i was just putting it out there incase you saw something wrong with it. but you suggestion worked. thank you

Is your card still under warranty? If so, RMA it. It's supposed to work fine under default clocks and if it doesn't, it falls under warranty and the manufacturer needs to replace it with a working one.
