Am looking for a matx mobo with crossfire available preferably in red, this is something Im saving up for with a very roughish budget of £150, although ITX is a possibility (obviously no crossfire).

Im more for team red as thats what Im use to but have had Intel before so let me know what you come up with.

Thanks

What @Ryan Leech said. If you do go for Intel, there's near enough the exact same board, the MSI Z87M Gaming2315327-l-b.jpg
Thanks

Looks like it's not available in the UK.

Do you have a budget on the CPU? And how open are you to going with Intel?

Budget on cpu isnt a problem, currently my athlon II 450 is surviving so it would be a matter of waiting a few extra months.

As for Intel, I wouldn't call myself an AMD fan just haven't seen why to spend the extra cash on Intel but if needs must then I will.

To have that motherboard (without ordering it from outside the UK), you'll have to go with Intel. Intel CPUs tend to be more powerful per core. At the moment, games don't use more than 4 cores, so Intel CPUs are slightly better for gaming. They're also better for applications that just use a singe core.

I'd recommend the 4670K for an Intel gaming rig. It'll last quite a long time and will do well in other things as well.
