Hellow everyone , I am in a pickle right now I am planning to buy a graphic card for my build which is:

CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G
MotherBoard: A320 S2H Gigabyte
HDD: 1TB
SSD: 120GB

The problem is that the 2 graphic cards i have finally chosen are either RX 570 or 1650 Super (RX 570 is about 20$ cheaper than 1650S) , I have seen multiple videos and websites and found out that my CPU will bottleneck 1650S in some cases whereas RX 570 would be a perfect. But if i go with 1650 S it is a newer gen gpu and much more efficient , I would upgrade my CPU in future if i go with 1650S.

I would love your guys opinions and thoughts on this :)

If you want the 1650 super, go for it. It doesn't matter what cpu you have. Of course it will perform worse than would paired with a 9900ks, but that's not the point.

Enjoy your new gpu and when you have the money, enjoy your new cpu, knowing you don't have to upgrade gpu as well because it's from 2016

Honestly, I would worry more about updating your system itself.  If you can "handle" onboard graphics for the time being, I would recommend getting a better mobo/CPU and then going for a GPU.  If you are "needing" a GPU, I would say go for something a little higher in the lineup just to future proof.

Did that level of stupidity come naturally?  or did it take practice?

used 470/480/570/580 should do fine. then move up to 16gb of ram and a new CPU.

Having a bottleneck doesn't mean that it will perform slower, it just means you won't be able to utilize the GPU to it's full extent, during a bottleneck both GPUs should perform the same, to get more out of the 1650S you would need to upgrade the CPU.

I suggest going with the 1650S, it's a much better GPU.
