CPU throttling when gaming

Hi I play heavily modded Minecraft on my laptop

i5-4200u with integrated graphics (Intel) operating at 2.5 GHz commonly

I am having issues with my graphics card as it is not rendering and the game constantly crashes 

In the task manager or shows 10% GPU usage while CPU,DISK,RAM are above 85%

Pls help

Temperatures?

 

 Minecraft won’t use much GPU as is anyways so I can’t say I’m super surprised
