How much is this system worth used?

Interested in buying a computer I think someone is selling for cheap? Its a ibuypower prebuilt. He doesn't know much about it, but it comes with this...

 

Intel Core i7-9700F - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER - 1TB HDD + 480GB Solid State Drive, with "two monitors and mouse and a mechanical hard drive". He isn't very descriptive. Doesn't seem like he knows anything about his machine when asked questions. Says PC gaming isn't for him and just wants to go back to playing console games on his tv. It is a fully functioning machine with a case power supply as well. Literally going off that and nothing else what would that be worth?

What is the monitors and the mouse. that can greatly affect the pricing as some monitors are innately expensive.

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

GPU             : ASUS RX 580 Dual OC (Formerly ASUS GTX 1060 but it got corroded for some odd reasons)

MOBO            : MSI B350m Bazooka

MEMORY          : Team Group Elite TUF DDR4 3600 Mhz CL 16
STORAGE         : Seagate Baracudda 1TB and Kingston SSD
PSU             : Thermaltake Lite power 550W (Gonna change soon as i dont trust this)
CASE            : Rakk Anyag Frost
CPU COOLER      : ID-Cooling SE 207
CASE FANS       : Mix of ID cooling fans, Corsair fans and Rakk Ounos (planned change to ID Cooling)
DISPLAY         : SpectrePro XTNS24 144hz Curved VA panel
MOUSE           : Logitech G603 Lightspeed
KEYBOARD        : Rakk Lam Ang

HEADSET         : Plantronics RIG 500HD

Kingston Hyper X Stinger

 

and a whole lot of LED everywhere(behind the monitor, behind the desk, behind the shelf of the PC mount and inside the case)

I'd offer around $1200 USD for that system

 

9700KF + 2060 super + 16GB DDR4 is a grand on their own new so.......

All I know is one has the 3D logo on the base. I'm trying to get more out of him.

Well he had it posted for 1000 USD and i offered 750 and he said yes. So I guess it is worth it then?
