HWINFO Absolute Values?

Why?  Just curious.  It seems easy enough to extrapolate.  Also wouldn’t the 4608.13 be more of an absolute value?  

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
