this may help but i am not sure what cable there is in the photos

https://www.cctvcamerapros.com/RG59-Siamese-Coax-Cable-Wiring-Guide-s/1021.htm

but yous have similar power cable and that may(?) be a coax in the middle with the metal shielding.

does the cable have any text on it telling you what it is?

The cable indicates following: Multi-Conductor Plus Coax CCTV (2+1) 2X0, 22mm2

As I understand BNC is premade

You actually have 4 wires in that cable. The red is positive and black is negative for the camera's power (usually 12V DC), the braided silver is your negative for the video, and inside of that white will be a solid copper wire that is your video positive.

You can use something like these for the BNC video connection: https://www.amazon.com/iSmart-Passive-Transceiver-HD-TVI-IB1015/dp/B01GJISLDY

And something like these for the power: https://www.amazon.com/Xenocam-2-1mm-5-5mm-Camera-Adapter/dp/B01AGQVYQQ/

Those are just random links I found, may want to check reviews and shop around a bit. Also verify the diameter of the barrel and pin on your DC connector. 5.5 x 2.1 is by far the most common, but there are several different sizes.

You can also get these and just use Cat5e as your cabling, much easier IMO if you already have Cat5e and RJ45s laying around: https://www.amazon.com/Transceiver-Transmitter-Suppression-Protection-Surveillance/dp/B077XB1HRP/

You can also just ignore the red and black wires in that cable, and power the camera near the camera if you have an outlet close enough.

Thank you for the help , I have purchased Video Balun RJ45, and got this on my screen.

Do you know what can be the problem ? Camera or DVR ?

There may be a setting for 50 or 60hz power, try changing that.

Otherwise try a different Cat5e cable, preferably a short one to rule out distance as the issue.

Try plugging it into one of the other BNC connections on the back of the DVR to rule out the port.

If none of that works I'd say you either have a bad camera or those baluns aren't compatible.

I have tried short cable same, it does not have 50 or 60 hz power changing options, tried other BNC ports same.

Could it be that this Hisharp 1080p 2mp not compatible with the h.264 Network DVR?
