RX 5700 bad performance

I already started one topic on this but it is old and i discorvered new issues. My ASRock RX 5700 keeps running trash, on stock bios (i get 54-60 FPS on far cry 5 high 1080p) the only thing that concerns me is that when im playing it it reaches only 60% of usage, but i did some heaven testing on high 1080p and got only 4500, which is VERY low, i saw on the results tab 14000+, can it do bad HDD or BAD PSU ? those are only things that i can think of that would bottleneck coz my PSU is only 450W and my HDD is 5yrs old 2,5 inch.

 

ASRock RX 5700 (2000 MHZ OC, tried underclocking, worse performance)

Corsair VS450 white edition

gigabyte DS3H

Ryzen 5 2600

g.skill aegis 16GB DDR4 (3000 MHZ)

PS: i checked scores on heaven and ppl have 11k + on EXTREME and i did the testing on HIGH

try turning off radeon image sharpining off i know its causing some other problems even for my gpu

Any cpu-z information about your system? Is the ram really at 3000mhz dual channel? Did you tweak the Ryzen?

ryzen is running stock, couldnt get my ram running at more than 2133 coz PC would just crash and cpu-z info is here:

i dont think ram speed would be that bad on it you talkin 3to4 fps or so cas means more whats the cas

my msi pro carbon wont post 4 sticks at 3200 only 2933 and when i did get it to post user bench showed it performing slower

I think that too, just trying to find out if it is my mistake or a bad piece, dont want to be 1 week without my PC just to find out that it was mistake on my end

my mb came with a paper that had qualified vendors and there was only 2133 MHZ and 2400 section, but my mb should be able to handle 3000MHZ, it was in specs
