Windows random reboot

I was playing CSS, when all of the sudden, all programs shut down and the PC rebooted. Upon reboot I got a message "Updates successfully installed". 10 Security updates +1 Frameworks update. Could it be that the updates were just released and forced an instant reboot? I usually update my system right away and I didn't get any message "reboot in : 30 min/1h/6h " like usually?!!

 

Good thing i wasn't doing anything important!

The message probably popped under the game and it forced a restart to install updates. It's happened to me a few times before.

Yes, the updates were the cause of it. When important updates are installed your computer gives you 4min to restart, before it does that automatically.
