980 ti hybrid cooler failed

So I've had my 980 ti for just over a year now, bought it second hand last Christmas and have never had any problems. But the other day I was playing overwatch and my gpu temp. started increasing. It got to 95 Celsius before I panicked and turned off my pc. I had noticed that my fan speeds and just general noise was higher than usual over the last week but didn't think much of it.

I am probably going to find a place that can repair it - not to keen to accidentally killing my own graphics card

but if you know how to fix the problem I would love to know (might be able to save some money).

It is just a problem with the pump not pushing water through the tubes so I've lost about 60% of the cooling power. It runs at 40 Celsius with nothing running and the default temperature limit is 83 which it has been capped at in any game since the problem started. It has never been OCed to my knowledge (don't know about the previous owner)

if the pump isn't pushing any water then you have either not enough water in the tubes (permiation) or your pump is dead.

if you feel comfotable enough around this stuff the pump should be easy enough to replace, if you can find one.
