Best SFX?

I notice that most of the best SFX power supplies are in the same tier from the tier list.

Would someone mind ranking them from best to worst? I am looking forward to building an ITX system.

I generally name 4 units when recommending PSUs in SFX(-L) size

 

Seasonic Focus SGX - SFX-L

Fractal Ion+ SFX - SFX-L, similar internally as SGX

EVGA GM - SFX-L

Corsair SF

 

it comes down to pricing which one you should get

I'd go for that what you have the best offer for. Locally, it's the Corsair SF, and I'm kind of certain, that prices at your country are similar.

Thanks guys, I guess I will buy base on warranty length. I want a PSU that will last as long as possible, at least with longer warranty I may not need to spend on another PSU if it fails on me.

 

Edit: It came down to fractal and seasonic, both have 10 years warranty compared to 7 years. I picked fractal due to it being cheaper.

And of those, only one of them is truly an SFX PSU.

What case is it going into?

 

You're looking at SFX-L PSUs (based on Luke's suggestions), but does your case accept SFX-L size?

in the end it depends on what the case can fit... a lot of cases that can fit SFX, can also fit SFX-L

 

but of course, there are edgecases (no pun intended)

You mean Lian Li TU150, right?  That case uses an SFX-L.

 

The Evolve Shift can use an SFX-L, but it's a real knuckle buster getting it in there.  SFX gives you a lot more room.

 

NZXT H210i doesn't even require an SFX or SFX-L PSU.  That case uses full size ATX PSUs.

I was initially aiming at Sliverstones LD03, i think it is what its call. But, I have a hard time finding one, also not many reviews on it.

 

I kind of want it to be able to fit BIG Noctua coolers. Would happily take recommendations.

I'm not actually saying anything bad about your chassis choices.  I'm just pointing out how the coincide with the recommended PSUs.

True, though the GPU airflow will be better with an SFX unit.

 

That's why I would get the Corsair SF, az it has small dimensions. The CPU cable will not be long enough though to run concealed behind MB tray.

 

SFX psu is not required, but recommended.
