 According to google, the 750m is a bit faster.

 

The GTX 750M is *slightly* faster. It's close though, the difference in outright processing power is less than 10% (743 GFlops vs. 691 GFlops)
Someone on yahoo answers posted that.

i have a friend at school that thinks a 750m is better than a 550ti

 

if you know a good website or something that would help him understand (or me if i am incorrect) post it

550 Ti is faster and throttling won't be an issue because it isn't in a laptop
