Can i leave my motherboard on the box after its built to make sure it will post well more or less i want to test some older hardware with my new gpu and dont want to put the mother board in my case cause i would have to take my new mb out so can i test some games with the mb on the motherboard box?

Yes, no problem. Works well as a test bench.
