Custom PC not powering on

Exra

After cleaning the pc and unplugging and replugging the cables, the pc wont boot. At first, it powered on for half a second, than it turned off. Was working fine a few minutes ago

Specs

Ryzen 3400g

Asrock B450 Pro4

Corsair VS550

Kingston A400

 

Edit:

PSU is now humming when plugged in

Also have warranty for all the parts

 

Update:

Flickered on for a sec right now

is your ram properly seated? i had the same issue when i my ram somehow got out a little and my pc would only boot for a few seconds with no display output

Ensure every connection on your mobo was not wiggled loose. If your front IO connectors came unplugged or something, you might have an issue.

The power supply hummed? What kind of hum. Can you maybe try to describe it? That isn't really ever suppose to happen. PSUs are suppose to be nearly silent. 

I am suspecting your power supply has failed.

I feel like an armchair electrician, but I think that your PSU may have failed. Considering it still won't boot, something must have borked it. I think it would be best to recheck your motherboard connections.
