Black screen very random?

I have an alienware aw3420dw the new version of the monitor from dell. And i noticed very randomly and very rarely what happens i get a a very fast off and on black screen. Just like the g sync effect when u turn it off and on again. It never happens during games and only in windows. I cant keep track of it because it happens once and very rarely like i mentioned. I changed 3 display port cables and the one im using now is certified. My windows is freshly installed,nvidia drivers are up to date. And yes i tried ddu. Should i be worried? This is my third replacement monitor from dell.. the first they had some weird lines issues on the monitor. So i dont wanna keep on rma the monitor.. should i be worried about that issue?. Or its nvidias problem?
