So not sure what is going on, but the other day my pc crashed after starting a game and it gray screened and fans were running hard. I just recently bought a used gpu. But before I installed card my pc was already crashing, thinking it was the power supply cleaned it out due to alot of dust. Now works. I also had the cpu overclocked before I cleaned out the psu, figuring it was causing it to crash. Took overclock off with a different power supply games were running fine. After cleaning out power supply reinstalled and was fine, thats when I installed new gpu and ran game and it crashed with gray screen and fans were loud and running high. I just happened to check event viewer the day after and a 0xc0000022 error was showing a bunch of times the day I had the crash, From what I can gather it's related to legacy and directplay in programs and features. Also my hdd's are 7+ years old and my hdd that the os is installed takes forever and makes noises like it's working constantlly. I know i'm kind of all over the place here with all the events that happened, LOL sorry about that. Thanks in advance with any help provided.

Also forgot to mention with original setup before troubleshooting everything, it was crashing like every 5 to 15 minutes while gaming and got a power related error on startup after crash when my cpu was was overclocked, but before this recent crash party, i was able to game fine, but I think build up of dust in power supply over time might of started all the crashing. Tonight when I get home going to try a fresh install of the os maybe on another drive I have. I did order some new drives, but won't receive till next week.
