Need help with using case fans with Gpu

Hello I'm new to this forum so sorry if this is in the wrong place otherwise I have  a GTX 980 strix and the fans are getting louder as time goes by it is also in a fractal design node s. So I was wondering if I could swap the fans with 2 92mm noctua fans I just don't know if it'll work and idk how to check can anyone help?
