1440p Question

According to this the average fps for 1440p with those specs is around 98 fps https://www.gpucheck.com/gpu/nvidia-geforce-rtx-2070-super/intel-core-i7-9700k-3-60ghz/

We can't really answer that question. What games are you playing, what settings, are you OC/Stock, etc etc etc.

 

That setup should run 1440p fine.
