So this is my deal     i have a toshiba satellite pro c660-24k   and it wont boot into bios i have an ssd with a clean install on win 10 on it and it refuses to boot ive tried the pwr+0 key thing and that gets the bois boot screen but i press f2 and the screen goes blank   

Any advice is appreciated

Typically on a Toshiba F2 is definitely the way to enter the BIOS. I would pull the drive, see if that doesn't change anything. If that does nothing disassemble enough of the laptop to clear the BIOS by pulling CMOS battery and holding the power button for 30seconds just to be safe.
