Memory in question: G.SKILL F4-3600C16Q-64GTZNC kit (4x16GB Hynix)

I recently had PSU issues that damaged my MB so I side-graded from a 2950x to a 3900X.  I also dropped from 4x16GB to 2x16GB RAM.  On the old setup I was stable at 3400Mhz on 4 chips (dropped to 3333Mhz just to be safe) just by choosing XMP, voltage and the speed.  On the new Motherboard I can set 3400 with 2 chips it doesn't post, I can set 3333 it gets memory errors.  Any setting that would help besides SoC (I boosted a little)?  Its been a long time since I've ran a Gigabyte board.  Components below

Old

X399 Taichi

2950x

4x16GB in quad channel

New

Gigabyte Aorus Pro Wifi X570

3900x

2x16GB in dual channel.

BTW I haven't tested to see which ones are better of the 4 yet and still undecided if I want to downgrade on RAM.  I think my old PSU issue caused a slow memory leak which I think is why I felt I needed it in the first place.  Running 3200Mhz right now it hasn't had any issues.  Very fast especially now that it is back on the custom loop.

Update:

I put the other two chips in and it posts without issue at 3600 (first try).  I'm unsure if it is the chips because I made other changes.  I've connected the 2nd 4-pin CPU power cable and put them in 2,4 instead of 1,3.  I'll have to test them later to see if I need to do RMA as G.SKill has the MB on the QVL list and I even had an odd BSOD at 3200.

2 and 4 would be what is specified in the manual iirc.

running in other configurations that arent defined by the manual is likely to have less clockspeed.

Interesting because the manual appears to me to say 1,3 OR 2,4 maybe I'm missing that part.  Either way it seems fine now and I need to validate the other 2 if I'm going to sell them.
