CPU problem

I have an old processor "Intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 2.00GHz 800Mhz " but my cpu is using only 800Mhz but its not using 2.00GHz. 

can someone help me?

Is that under load (aka you're doing something intesive with it)? 800mhz is likely the base clock whilst 2ghz will be the boost clock. Fire up cinebench, a game or really anything that'll fully utilize the cpu and you should see it hit 2ghz (or come close if the all-core speed is a bit lower).

when i open chrome my cpu usage is 100% and when i check cpu its still 800mhz and its the same when i start a game it looks like its locked on 800 mhz

Is the system using the Balanced or High Performance power plan? Have you checked that the maximum CPU frequency option is set to 100% in the advanced power plan options? Is the system running on battery power or is it plugged in?

Where are you checking your clock speeds? try HWiNFO as Task Manager can be unreliable at times.

my system is using High Performance power plan.

my system was plugged in now i added a good battery and its charging.

this is that i find in advanced power plan options.

OK those settings look good. Download ThrottleStop and check what it says in the monitoring side. Post a screenshot of the ThrottleStop window while the computer is under load.

I downloaded Throttlestop and when i started it my laptop freezed. I restarted my laptop and started again throttlestop and same thing happend.

Quick update i just started throttlestop and i got BSOD

That is very strange. It shouldn't cause your computer to blue screen. It seems that your laptop thinks that something is wrong (overheating, too little power, etc...) and is throttling the CPU to it's lowest speed.

My laptop isn't overheating and i got good power to my laptop.

I used different CPU on my laptop and same thing. Myb the problem is in sensor for heat?? Myb thats broken and its acting like the CPU is overheating and CPU is lowering speed.

Yea. I have Fujitsu Simens AmiloM3438G and cpu is removable and it can be changed

Guys i have some very good news. Somehow my cpu started working idk how my laptop was powered on whole night and cpu started working im so happyy!!
